Karen Johnson is a Human Resource Training and Development Executive with the Bank of Marin. She has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry, working in operations, business development, and senior management, providing strategic advice and direction, and supporting key business initiatives. She is a Certified Diversity and Inclusion Coach. In this capacity she helps leaders identify behaviors that promote inclusive climates in the workplace.
Karen has led various programs in the Bay Area working to help and educate seniors and young adults on how to budget and manage finances. She has a passion to coach, educate, and build lasting relationships that bring value to each individual's professional and personal achievement.
