A Matter of Balance

A Matter of Balance is an evidencebased program that combines gentle exercises with group discussion to help older adults reduce their fear of falling and build confidence, strength, mobility, and balance. Each week builds on the last, introducing new strategies that support longterm success.

  • Classes meet in person once a week for two hours over 8 weeks

  • Participants are expected to attend all sessions

  • Workbooks and materials are provided

  • Class size limited to 16; minimum of 8 required

  • Space is limited—early registration encouraged

  • Register through the hosting Senior Center or event site

  • If you’d like to host a class for your community, workplace, or group, we can help bring A Matter of Balance to your location. For details or to sign up, please contact us.

On the Move

This 12-week, evidence bases exercise program improves walking and balance through fun, brain-engaging movement sequences. Each session builds on the last, helping participants develop smoother, more efficient walking and new strategies for better mobility.
