With social distancing practices in place during the COVID-19 crisis our Health & Wellness classes for seniors are temporarily suspended. To help make sure that our seniors keep fit and limber fitness educator, Eileen Stephens demonstrates mini exercises that can be done in a chair from the comfort and safety of your home. Practice these exercises at least twice a week!

Mary Hanenburg offers tips to relax and cope during the health crisis. By practicing mindful breathing exercises and good posture you can oxygenate the body, reduce stress and remain more calm. These breathing exercises heal mind and body.
