Michelle Hayward

Michelle Hayward joined Meals on Wheels Diablo Region in March 2024 as Development Manager and was promoted to Director in September 2025. Her career began in education management, where she led programs at the Chartered Institute of Building, served as Dean of Students at Hult International Business School, and held roles at UWE Bristol, Christie’s Education, and Regent’s University London. After moving countries with her family, she transitioned into global mobility at Altair Global and later into the tech sector at Glassdoor. Today, her expertise in partnerships, program management, events, and fundraising strengthens MOWDR’s community connections and supports the agency’s mission to serve local seniors.
