A Matter of Balance
A Matter of Balance is an evidence‑based program that meets once a week for 8 weeks for 2 hours and combines gentle exercises with group discussion to help older adults reduce their fear of falling and build confidence, strength, mobility, and balance. Each week builds on the last, so participants are expected to attend all classes.

On the Move
This is a 12-week, twice a week, evidence-based exercise program that improves walking and balance through fun, brain-engaging movement sequences. Each session builds on the last, helping participants develop smoother, more efficient walking and new strategies for better mobility.

Bingocize® is a fun way to exercise and enjoy bingo at the same time! This program increases physical activity and reduces sedentary behavior and promotes social engagement. Low impact exercises are inserted as well as educational health & wellness info.

Young at Heart
Young at Heart Strength Training: A Fall Prevention Program is an evidence-based fall prevention program. This class can be done sitting or standing. Participants can expect improved balance, strength, reduced number of falls, reduced stress, improved mental health, social engagement, and increased energy levels.
