When unexpected emergencies arise we don’t want you choosing between eating and purchasing medicine, between paying your electric bill or paying rent. Often, our Case Management team can intervene and help. If you need one-time emergency assistance, call us. We may be of assistance.
Our goal is to help older adults remain healthy, happy, and independent for as long as possible. Occasionally, that means asking for help. If we don’t have a solution, we may be able to connect you with someone who does.
