David Linnell

David Linnell joined MOW Diablo Region in 2024. He brings to his position of Executive Director a keen understanding of senior food insecurity having held top management positions at Meals on Wheels San Francisco for close to a decade. He also has extensive experience in strategic planning, financial management, team development, and leading and growing organizations. David currently serves as a commissioner for San Mateo Commission on Aging and is an Advisory Board member of Meals on Wheels California and Chairs the Membership Committee.
