Lidia Gutierrez joined MOW Diablo Region in 2021 and created the Outreach program, focusing on reaching underserved seniors in East Contra Costa County. In 2023, the Outreach program was expanded Countywide and Lidia was promoted to Outreach Manager. She previously worked at the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano where she helped people obtain CalFresh benefits, with a specific focus on serving older adults.
