About Sarah Yoell:
Sarah Yoell holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from California State University, East Bay and serves as Local Government Affairs Manager for Pacific Gas and Electric’s Greater Bay Area Region. She works with elected officials, developers, private companies, and community organizations to connect the nation’s largest utility with regional stakeholders. Previously, Sarah's role was as a Community Outreach, Government Relations and Communications Consultant, supporting local businesses and nonprofits. She also serves on the Boards of Community Education Partnerships, Peralta Community Colleges Foundation, and The Unity Council.
Raised by a teenage mother and growing up in poverty, Sarah relied on support from her local church and food bank. These experiences shaped her deep appreciation for organizations, like Meals on Wheels Diablo Region, whose impact during her adolescence continues to inspire her work today.
