WHAT'S YOUR MOVE?
Physical activity can make daily life better. When you're active and strong, it's easier to stay independent as you get older, do every day tasks like chores and shopping, and keeping up with the grandkids. It has big health benefits, too!
Start slow and do what you can. Build up to more activity over time. Mix in stretches and other activities to help improve your balance to reduce the risk of falls.
All sorts of activities count, even things that don't feel like exercise. This includes walking the dog, gardening, and house cleaning. No matter your age, find a way that works for you.
So take the first step. Read the PDFs below for more tips.
